May arrange a staff tour, if appropriate
Contact existing prospects for possible buyers
Make a presentation on this property to all other agents in the office
Representing the seller:
Have an idea of financing possibilities for the property
Ensure that proper forms are filled out by the seller, and made available to buyers
Communicate with the seller about how the marketing is going
Consult with seller about possible changes in marketing strategy, especially in regard to pricing
Represent the seller when offers are submitted
Present all offers to the seller
